Rhizomes and plants are guaranteed to supply only female plants of the correct variety as ordered and disease free hop stock on delivery. Because plants and rhizomes can develop disease after delivery, the guarantee applies to plants or rhizomes only upon delivery. Please contact us immediately if you have a diseased plant on delivery, and we will honour your purchase with cash back or fresh stock if available. The disease free guarantee does not extend beyond time of delivery.

We guarantee that plants are all female and of the variety you order. We want to ensure that you receive the variety you ordered. If plants are not of the variety ordered please contact us with details for plant replacement. The variety guarantee is valid for one year after time of purchase.
